The Kerrville Daily Times seeks a reliable, problem-solving person to oversee its circulation department. The circulation manager will be responsible for growing and retaining subscribers through creative marketing and excellent customer service. The person would also be responsible for managing the newspaper's contract delivery team and ensuring newspapers are delivered consistently and on time. Must be organized, have good computer and telephone skills and a helpful, flexible attitude. Reliable transportation, clean driving record, and drug test required.
